Early LifeLittle is known about Oscar's history, and he doesn't take well to questions. It is believed that he ran a somewhat disreputable pub for several decades before being forced to close and relocate. Oscar is brusque and quick to temper, and has been seen to shove and even take a swing at wrestlers who disrespect him. In general he prefers that everyone keep their beaks shut and get to work. While not exactly lenient, he has been accused of being unconcerned for the wrestlers he's officiating over. It's clear that he does not show favoritism however - he dislikes everyone equally.
