The UFW Trinity Championship is a rather unique title. The belt is not won in a single match alone. Instead, the title is comprised of three 'Medallions'. each one representing one of UFW's weekly shows, and then the belt itself. The medallions are initially earned from the Commissioner of each show; the holder of a medallion may then be challenged for by others, or a medallion holder may challenge another for theirs. Once all three medallions are held by a wrestler, they are awarded the belt, and the medallions are affixed to it. Once a wrestler has ownership of the Trinity Championship, they may relinquish it entirely to directly challenge any other title holder to a match, for the one that they currently occupy. Regardless of the outcome of the subsequent title challenge, the Trinity Championship is immediately vacated, and the Medallions are returned to the show commissioners, to award out again and begin the whole process over.

Depravity cashed in the Trinity Title for a Women's Championship shot against Nagendra, but ultimately lost.
Nate Fox cashed in the Trinity Title at 2023 Scorched Earth, to turn the title challenge between Oliver Wonderful and Soldier into a Triple-Threat, which he ultimately lost.
Dazzle Flash cashed in the Trinity Title for a Women's Title shot against Escarlata, but due to interference by Hacker 4715, she was denied a win.
